Return Policy

Your satisfaction matters to us. If you're not happy with your purchase for any reason, we accept returns within 30 days for a full refund, store credit, or exchange. Please read the details below.

Return Eligibility

To qualify for a return:

  • The return must be postmarked within 30 days of the original purchase date
  • Items must be in new and unused condition
  • All original tags and labels must be attached

How to Return an Item

  1. 1 Email us at [email protected] to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
  2. 2 Once you receive your RMA number, securely pack the item in its original packaging and include the RMA number on the outside of the package.
  3. 3 Mail your return to the address below.

Return Shipping

Return shipping charges are covered by us. We will provide a prepaid shipping label upon approval of your return request.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will process your refund or exchange within 5 business days. Refunds are issued to your original payment method. Please allow 1–2 billing cycles for the credit to appear on your statement, depending on your financial institution. We will notify you by email once your return has been processed.

Defective or Damaged Products

If your item arrived defective or was damaged during shipping, please contact us at [email protected] as soon as possible. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no cost to you.
