Everything a first responder or caregiver needs, instantly accessible from a single card.

Get Your Knock ID Card

No app. No login. No waiting.

Three seconds from tap to full medical profile.

1

Tap or Scan

Hold the card near a smartphone's NFC reader, or scan the QR code on the back.

2

Profile Opens

Your complete medical profile loads instantly in the phone's browser — no app required.

3

Right Information, Right Now

First responders and caregivers see exactly what they need to help you.

NFC Technology, Simply Explained

Near Field Communication (NFC) is the same technology behind contactless payments. When an NFC-enabled smartphone comes within a couple of inches of your Knock ID card, it reads your profile instantly — no pairing, no Bluetooth, no setup required.

Where to hold the card:

iPhone

Hold near the top of the device, close to the camera. Compatible with iPhone XR (2018) and newer.

Android

Hold near the center of the device. Most modern Android phones support NFC — check your settings to confirm.

What's in Your Profile

Your Knock ID profile is built to hold everything that matters in an emergency — and everything that helps ongoing caregivers do their job well.

Medical Conditions

Chronic diagnoses, recent conditions, and relevant medical history.

Allergies

Drug, food, and environmental allergies — clearly listed for medical professionals.

Medications

Current medications with dosages and schedules, so nothing gets missed.

Emergency Contacts

The people who need to be reached immediately in a crisis.

Specialist Information

Details of treating physicians and specialists for continuity of care.

Insurance Information

Coverage details ready to go when you need to be checked in fast.

Document Storage

Upload prescriptions, diagnostic reports, and any other critical paperwork.

Photos & Videos

Add visual references — useful for tracking visible conditions or providing care instructions.

No NFC? No Problem.

Every Knock ID card includes a QR code on the back. Anyone with a smartphone camera can scan it to access the same complete medical profile — no NFC required. Whether it's an older device or a situation where NFC just doesn't work, you're always covered.

Your Profile Grows With You

Your Knock ID profile isn't frozen in time. Update it whenever something changes — a new medication, a new diagnosis, a new specialist. One update, instantly reflected everywhere.
